The Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Jerba (ISET) and the Tunisian Association of Teachers of English (TATE_JERBA), in partnership with "Djerba Association of Sciences and Technology" (ADST), organize the First Regional Conference on Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for English Language Teachers on 13th and 14th February 2016 at the Sun Club Hotel Djerba entitled: "Motivation: How to spice up English language teaching and learning".
The aim of this event is to rise motivation among both educators and learners to develop better tools and knowledge to promote effective teaching and learning of English. Hence, if motivation affects students' performance, teachers's CPD holds the promise of acting as a key to achieve optimal results.
